KM Player Free
After about 15 years of reviewing software, it’s rare that Im
truly impressed with a program.
But impressed I am with KM Player, a very cool
little software audio/video player with an extraordinary array
of built-in
audio and video decoders. You’ll have to install Real player
or the free
RealMedia Alternative codec
to play .rm, .rmvb, etc. files, but it supports
nearly everything else natively including Quicktime formats.

Rivas FLV player is a handy way to play back FLV files, i.e.,
Flash Video files that you create with Adobes Flash
or download on the
Internet. It never crashed during my tests and the video quality was as
good as
I’ve seen.
The program is about a 1MB smaller download than its equally free
competitor, Martijn Devissers FLV Player 2.0;
however, it lacks that players
ability to halve or double the size of the pictureyoure stuck with the
original
size,
which can be quite small sometimes. On the other hand, the audio didnt
seem to crackle as happens occasionally with its rival.
Try both, keep the one
you like.
