some assorted tech news, and some Windows trips and tricks.
Dewey and I were showing off our Avast caps.

This brought back some memories as well,

Another well attended show. (119) We covered many topics including, Security, ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) Part 2, Virtual Tech. Part 2, Starlink update.
It took quite some time to put my content together. Internet speed is relative and you never appreciate your own speed till you’re someplace where the speed is about 1/5 of what you’re used to. I’ll be happy to again be on my own network.

I spent this morning with a small but very appreciative club in Beaumont, CA via Zoom.
Judging by the laughter during the presentation and the questions following the presentation, it was well received.

I spent an enjoyable afternoon with the members of the club via Zoom.
After the presentation I was asked about WIFI, Roku, Malwarebytes, and Avast compatibility,
VPN usage and advantages.
I also remained for the second half of the schedule and enjoyed Phil Ball’s Tips & Tricks
presentation.
